Job Description
As an HR cum Project Manager at Iraitech, you will play a crucial role in managing human resources functions and overseeing project-related activities. This position requires a dynamic individual who can seamlessly blend HR responsibilities with project management tasks.
Job Responsibilities
  • Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Manage onboarding and orientation processes for new employees.
  • Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
  • Handle employee relations, addressing concerns, and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Conduct performance reviews and support employee growth and development.
  • Coordinate and participate in company events and activities.
  • Manage day-to-day HR operations and maintain employee records.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Work closely with department heads to allocate resources and plan projects effectively.
  • Assist in developing project timelines, milestones, and budgets.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Identify and address project-related challenges, working towards effective solutions.
  • Support project teams in achieving their goals and objectives.

Minimum Qualification

  • Familiarity with HR software and tools.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and in a team.
